The Five Lagunas Mall Redevelopment project consists of a complete rebranding of the existing Laguna Hills Mall built in 1973. Plans include luxury apartments, a movie theater, park and indoor and outdoor shops totaling 846,55 SF. A six-story parking garage will be added to accommodate shoppers. The scope includes 400,000 SF of existing building demo, 500,000 SF of site demo and modifications including drive/street re-alignment, existing parking field modifications, and major utility infrastructure upgrades.
