Trestle/Seabreeze – Merge 56 Affordable Housing

The Merge 56 master plan community will include office buildings, retail shops, a hotel, a movie theater and residential units. This development includes the low-income housing portion of the larger-scale community. The 47 large-family, low-income housing units include one-, two-, three-, and four-bedroom apartments. The four-story building will be Type VA wood-frame, elevator-served with surface parking.
