Shea Properties – Main and Abel Apartment

Main and Abel Apartments is a high-density, urban infill project providing 200 apartment units in a 251,101 SF, four-story, wrap-style development. The project also included a 127,224 SF, six-story, cast-in-place concrete parking structure for 345 vehicles and many resident amenities such as a clubhouse, pool, jacuzzi, fitness center, and controlled access entries. Residences feature open floor plans with nine-foot-high ceilings, walk-in closets, premiere flooring, cabinetry, and finishes. The project’s location near the Great Mall, Great Mall transit station, and light rail station encourages pedestrian activity.
