Remodel and modernization upgrades to an existing fully occupied seven-story Hospital Tower. The new work includes replacement of entire nursing units, portions of patient rooms, and new finishes at corridors, lobbies, etc. Modernization includes all elevators, IS system and selected replacement of HVAC, plumbing and lighting.
