San Dieguito UHSD – San Dieguito High School Academy Modernization

This project included the phased modernization of two administration buildings, the Industrial Arts Building, the Mosaic Café, and ADA site upgrades. Phase 1 renovated administration offices, faculty lounges, conference rooms, restrooms, and added an ADA-compliant ramp. The scope included reconfiguring the building layout, structural foundation improvements, and mechanical repairs. Interior upgrades, including new flooring, paint, lighting, and casework, created brighter, more functional, and spacious environments. Phase 2 modernized the Industrial Arts Building and Mosaic Café and added a new ADA-compliant ramp. The Auto, Metal, and Wood Shops received major electrical and mechanical upgrades, including a new dust collection system. The Metal Shop included new welding booths and additional workstations. The Mosaic Café featured new commercial kitchen equipment, a roll-up sectional door, and upgraded interior finishes.
