San Diego USD – Bird Rock Elementary School WSM

This whole site modernization  project consists of demolition of eleven  existing portables; Building 200 (administration) and Building 400 (kinder). Building 100 (classroom), Building 300 (assembly) and Building 500 (library) will be modernized. New construction will include an administration building, UTK/kinder one-story building with six classrooms and a two-story building with nine classrooms. Other improvements include playground structures, accessible path of travel, parking, new electrical service, plumbing/sewer, and solar PV.
