San Diego CCD – Mesa College, Athletics Complex

The Sports & Kinesiology Sciences project will deliver 70,000 ASF of modern athletic, exercise science, and dance facilities, replacing outdated infrastructure to meet evolving program needs. Key features include a new three-court gym, upgraded training and support spaces, an expanded Aquatics Center, and relocated athletic fields, with demolition of over 139,000 SF of existing structures. The project also enhances campus connectivity with new utilities, accessible pathways, and landscaping in alignment with the college’s Master Plan goals for equity and community access. The approximate planned square footage of the project is 100,000 SF.
