Riverside CCD – Riverside City College, Life Science and Physical Science Renovation

The Riverside City College Life Science and Physical Science Reconstruction Project will be transformed into a Business + CIS Building to accommodate program growth. The 34,055 SF building will provide instructional and support services including lecture space, computer labs, offices, the library, and AV/TV space. Other areas include a large meeting room, court room lecturing space, a Network Operation Center/Security Operation Center, Cyber Security Lab and additional computer server room space. The project will also install a code compliant fire suppression system and update the buildings antiquated infrastructure systems. The project is designed to LEED Silver Certification.
