Pasadena USD – Longfellow Elementary School Modernization

The Longfellow Elementary School Modernization Project upgrades Buildings A and B with new finishes, lighting, ceiling systems, and low-voltage infrastructure including fire alarms, WiFi, and intercoms. Building A, which houses administration, classrooms, and an auditorium, will receive a full HVAC replacement with equipment relocated from the basement. Building B, home to TK/Kindergarten classrooms and the central plant, will gain a second chiller. The scope also includes renovated and expanded restrooms, a fully upgraded auditorium, a new standalone kitchen, custom lunch shelter, improved outdoor areas with paving, landscaping, ramps, retaining walls, an expanded playground, and a new ADA-compliant parking lot with solar carports, EV chargers, and perimeter fencing.
