This 330,000 SF Class A office redevelopment project included a major overhaul of a five-story office tower and a three-story industrial/office building. The iconic redevelopment of the former San Diego Union-Tribune Publishing Co. campus incorporates the outdoors with parks throughout the property, creating a modern and highly amenitized office complex. The buildings have an industrial loft-style feel, featuring exposed brick, concrete pillars, 13-foot ceilings and over-sized windows.
