The Temecula Valley Campus project includes the seismic retrofit and tenant improvement of two, five-story office buildings into classrooms, laboratories, and offices. The 350,000 SF Temecula Valley Campus expands Mt. San Jacinto Community College District’s access to residents of Southwest Riverside County and surrounding communities. Each of the two towers have five floors at approximately 35,000 SF. The total space for each tower is about 175,000 SF.
