Irvine USD – Springbrook Elementary School, New Construction and Modernization

This project included a comprehensive modernization and the addition of a new, 10,000 SF classroom building. Scope for this project included a brand new, 5,200 SF Music Classroom with 960 SF in Vocal Classroom space, 1,400 SF for students to learn and practice with their Wind Instruments, 1,800 SF for a Music Lab, and 170 SF dedicated to instrument storage.
