Granada Hills Charter – New TK-8 School Facility

The Granada Hills Charter expanded to the TK – 8 grade levels, requiring the construction of over 90,000 SF of new school facilities. This project included demolition of seven buildings, installation of interim portable classroom buildings, and the construction of three new buildings, adding 48-classrooms, full-service kitchen and eating area, multi-purpose room, lighted sports field, basketball courts, locker rooms, administrative offices, and increased parking and drop off/pick up areas.
