Desert Horizons Country Club – Renovation

This project will consist of the significant renovation of the interior and exterior of the main clubhouse, courts complex, and entrance gatehouse of the Desert Horizons Country Club. The main clubhouse portion will include a new two-story addition with locker rooms, lounge rooms, card rooms, wellness center, fitness level, and golf shop with golf offices. The remainder of the project will include a complete revamp to the courts complex, including a new pavilion structure and face lift to the Highway 111 gatehouse, landscaping, and new water feature. Additional work will include the renovation and expansion of the existing porte cochere, new elevator, new kitchen and snack bar, a new events room, and new MEP work throughout.
