CSU Northridge – Student Housing Building 22 & 23

This 60,290 SF project added two four-story student housing buildings with three residential floors totaling 200 beds in dual-occupancy rooms, shared bathrooms, and suite-style living rooms. The ground floors feature administrative offices, multi-purpose rooms, classrooms, study lounges, a communal kitchen, and mail/package facilities, with sitework including upgraded dining courtyards, new walkways, shade structures, and landscaped outdoor gathering areas beneath a large trellis.
