This 60,290 SF project includes the construction of two four-story Student Housing buildings with three stories of residential space with 198 beds, and one story of administrative/multipurpose space. The project will also include site work and landscaping to develop the courtyard connection to the existing Student Housing Offices and food service complex, Geronimos & Bamboo Terrace, and will include new walkways, courtyard, landscaping, shade structures, and outdoor amenities.
