Coast CCD – Orange Coast College, Chemistry Building

This project consists of the demolition of the existing Literature & Languages building and the construction of a new two-story Chemistry Building. This 43,786 SF project includes laboratories configured to accommodate larger class sizes and increase lab capacities with individual student work stations. The project also features lecture halls, faculty offices, a resource library, and additional meeting spaces. The Chemistry Building will serve multiple programs and will also feature updated instructional technology and infrastructure systems and will include exterior circulation.
