C.W. Driver is the Design-Builder on the Mission Hills – Hillcrest Public Library that will be nearly four times the size of the current library. The construction of the library consists of a 15,000 SF, one-story, 30-foot tall above grade library on the site of the old International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers (IBEW) building in San Diego. This project will rest on top of a 30,000 SF, two-story, underground parking structure.
