Chino Valley USD – Don Lugo High School Modernization

This project consisted of demolishing the existing administration building and constructing a new ground-up building. The scope also included renovating the existing kitchen with new kitchen equipment and upgrades to the existing roof structure for new HVAC equipment. The existing swimming pool was demolished, renovated, and replastered. A new pool deck area was built, featuring a new grandstand and scoreboard. The surrounding areas underwent modifications to sitework, site utilities, landscape, irrigation, and a restroom renovation.
