Spotlight 29 – New Hotel & Casino Renovations

This project features the construction of an 11-story hotel with 233 guestrooms, an outdoor pool, two new bars, and a redesigned entrance with porte cochere. The ground floor includes the hotel lobby, spa, retail, pool café, and support facilities, while upper levels provide guest rooms, with level 10 dedicated to suites and level 11 hosting a rooftop steakhouse and bar with private dining, a cigar lounge, and an exterior balcony. The scope also includes the two-story Senshi restaurant with mezzanine seating, a mezzanine fitness center, and minor renovations within the existing casino.
