SMMUSD – Malibu Middle School and High School, Phase 2

The Malibu Middle and High School Phase 2 project comprises of 40,000 GSF of new academic, wellness and athletics spaces spread across three new buildings on campus: a Middle School Hub, Middle School Gymnasium, and a shared Aquatics Complex along with the associated site work. Its program includes a media lab, special education & counseling spaces, wellness center, food service, as well as much needed outdoor space protected from sun and wind. The project also includes a new 40-meter pool, locker rooms, team rooms and storage facilities for water and track & field sports.
