San Diego USD – G.W. Smith Education Center

This project consists of the redevelopment of a new administrative campus for the San Diego Unified School District. The first phase includes a 6-story, 200,000 SF open parking garage for approximately 430 cars and supporting site infrastructure improvements to prepare for the new buildings in the following phase. The second phase will involve a new single-story office space and a two-story addition including an auditorium/public board chambers, a private board hearing room, a café, and additional office space.
