Long Beach USD – Polytechnic High School, Modernization & New Construction

Poly’s multi-phased transformation includes constructing interim housing and a new CTE classroom building and modernizing eight buildings on campus. The new three-story, 54,000 SF CTE classroom building will be comprised of standard classrooms, intensive studies classrooms, engineering and computer science labs, the MEDS program, an automotive technology lab, robotics, and JROTC. The building modernizations will include select seismic upgrades and comprehensive upgrades to the HVAC systems, A/V, lighting, electrical, paths of travel, interior and exterior painting, new windows, and site improvements.
