High-end department store, Bloomingdale’s, was the headlining tenant for the upscale redevelopment of the Glendale Galleria. The Galleria is Bloomingdale’s eighth department store in Southern California. The 127,000 SF renovation replaced a vacancy left by a Mervyn’s department store located on Brand Boulevard. The two-level full-line store was entirely remodeled into a sophisticated upscale shopping experience and employs 175 associates.
