This student housing development will provide an enriching on-campus experience for its residents, as well as a vibrant place for connecting and learning for the broader OCC student population. The 819-bed apartment complex contains a mix of studio, one-, two-, and four-bedroom units. It is anticipated that a mix of single- and double-occupancy configurations will be needed. The Type V Student Housing Complex is approximately 324,000 GS, which includes residential elements, support spaces like lounges & multipurpose rooms, and administrative spaces. The Southeast corner facing campus features a grand entry plaza, which will establish itself as a critical intersection point for campus circulation. The North and South edges of the design feature open entrances into the interior courts. As a result, students can flow through the development naturally, and future development of the campus (including a second phase of housing) will further reinforce these circulation pathways.
