The Temple City Mixed-Use Building is a four-story multi-family residential project with 74 apartment units. The units range from 732 SF to 1,251 SF, with three live-work units and lofts on the top floors. The first floor includes 14,000 SF retail/commercial space and a partially enclosed parking garage that extends into a one-level basement parking garage. Within the 74 apartments, there are two ground level, live-work town-home units, private balconies at every unit, including large balconies facing Rosemead Blvd. The larger private balconies are heavily upgraded with amenities that include fire-pits and built-in barbecues. The amenity space includes 24-hour access to a two-story fitness facility, community room and business center, as well as multiple retreat spaces with water features.
