C.W. Driver University, our professional development program, was designed to broaden the knowledge and competencies of our staff through education in the following areas: project management and accounting systems, scheduling, cost management, “green” building, quality control, safety and leadership and management skills.

Additionally, C.W. Driver offers tuition reimbursement to encourage continuing education.

At C.W. Driver University, classes are taught at our on-site Learning Centers and are a combination of instruction and hands-on training exercises. The showpiece of C.W. Driver University is the Project Management Program. Conducted over five days, this course immerses new employees into our corporate culture and teaches them to manage projects the C.W. Driver way. Other courses include scheduling, jobsite safety, estimating, job cost accounting and various software applications.

C.W. Driver is dedicated to enhancing our technical performance and increasing overall efficiency by utilizing the latest proven technology. A Virtual Private Network interconnects all project sites and offices. This networking capability allows our Project Management Team to electronically communicate both internally and with our clients and business partners throughout the duration of every project.
